What is included in Free?+
Model building, data import, optimization, scenarios, and export. No account is required. Models are stored locally on the device you are using. Pro adds cloud sync across devices.
How long do I keep the founding price?+
You keep your founding price on the Pro plan while the subscription remains continuously active. A later subscription uses the price available at that time.
How is Team billed?+
Team is billed monthly per seat. Start with one seat and adjust seats from Team settings; billing is prorated automatically.
What problems are outside SSPLAX's scope?+
SSPLAX does not currently handle vehicle routing, detailed shift rostering, job sequencing and changeover timing, simulation, or problems whose core relationships are nonlinear.
